My Day in Albany, GA
During a recent visit to Albany, I had the pleasure of visiting the Flint RiverQuarium. I must say the children and I had a fantastic time far beyond anticipation. The children’s faces said it all, although they weren’t shy about sharing their enthusiasm viewing the many different underwater critters. It was easy to navigate through the center, the staff was exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly, and there was plenty to see and do.
The interactive learning stations were the real highlight of this trip. These displays fascinated not only my little ones but all of the children that were present at the center. The kids really enjoyed the action and the chance to participate at these stations. It really kept their attention and created more interest in the animals. Each offered so much fun for them!
The Blue Hole Spring is more magnificent in person than in pictures. It is one of those pictures that you must see for yourself to appreciate. The aquarium has a lot of different animals that visitors can view. It is interesting to see the different species of fish and the many other underwater critters that live in the waters that most of us have no idea exist. It is undoubtedly a beautiful sight to see and a great way to spend the day in Albany!
